Just Passing Through

Just Passing Through, 2023 is a mixed media artwork exploring spiritual significance of the lotus flower and the texture of lotus pods.  Working in mixed media provides an unlimited range of techniques and mediums for artistic expression. Just Passing Through is part of a greater body of work that explored ideas of authenticity, personal growth and the symbolism of the Lotus in religious practice. 

This print captures the original artwork beautifully down to the finest marks and patterns.  

Using a bold and contemporary colour palette in acrylic paint, posca pen, collage and pastels on brown kraft paper this piece pairs beautifully with other works in the collection.
