Your Rogues Gallery purchases of art prints and other products are made to order. We are a small Australian Art business and can't compete with delivery times you might have gotten used to with multinationals like Amazon. Also, we work with high quality local suppliers and manufacturers. Their work is in often in demand. As such, sometimes our orders need to fit in the queue.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Australia: 10 -14 business days
    • International: 14-28 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Rates & Options

  • Standard Shipping: $X (free on orders over $500)
  • Express Shipping: We don't offer express shipping.
  • Free Shipping: for orders over $500 (available at checkout)
  • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rogues Gallery is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at enquiries@roguesgallery.art so we can assist you.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Changes & Address Corrections

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If an error occurs, contact us immediately—we may be able to update it before dispatch.
