Wearable Art

We really do need to check ourselves and our habits as consumers of cheap fashion. We can reduce fashion waste by changing our perceptions. Maybe we're better viewing pre-loved fashion as a valuable resource? Moral Fibre is my pet project helping to change attitudes by turning pre-loved fashion into wearable art, thereby extending the life of these products and appealing to people who love art, love the planet and can afford to do the right thing as ethical consumers.

I love fashion too but reducing waste that end up in landfill or contaminating environments of third world countries is entirely unsustainable. If consumer demand higher quality products and sustainable supply chains, manufacturers will be forced to respond. If we all make small changes, over time, we will make a difference.
